Account & Data Deletion
Password Manager: Secure Vault by SMARTWHO Inc. stores all data exclusively on your device. No data is transmitted to or stored on any external server.
How to Delete Your Data
- Delete individual items: Open the app → select a card → tap Delete. Deleted items are moved to the Trash Box.
- Empty the Trash Box: Open the app → Trash Box → select items → tap Remove to permanently delete.
- Reset all data: Open the app → Settings → Restore Defaults. This resets all passwords, settings, and preferences.
- Uninstall the app: Uninstalling the app permanently removes all data from your device.
Types of Data Stored (on device only)
- Master password (encrypted with AES-256)
- Password cards: titles, usernames, passwords, URLs, phone numbers, notes, and custom fields (all AES-256 encrypted)
- App settings and preferences
- Local backup files (AES-256 encrypted)
