2. Google Drive Integration
How SMARTWHO Apps Use Google Drive
Certain SMARTWHO apps (such as Smart File Manager) offer an optional Google Drive integration feature. This section describes how we access, use, store, and share your Google data.
- Scope of Access: We use the
drive.filescope, which only grants access to files that you create or upload through our apps. We cannot access, view, or modify any other files in your Google Drive. - Purpose of Access: Google Drive access is used solely to:
- Upload files from your device to Google Drive
- Download files that were uploaded through our apps
- Create and manage folders within the app's scope
- Rename, move, or delete files uploaded through our apps
- Data Storage: File metadata (names, sizes, modification dates) may be cached locally on your device for performance. No Google Drive data is transmitted to or stored on any external server.
- Data Sharing: Your Google Drive data is never shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties, including advertising platforms, analytics providers, or data brokers.
- Data Retention: Locally cached Google Drive data is automatically cleared when you sign out of Google, disconnect the app, or uninstall the app.
- User Control: You can disconnect your Google account at any time through the app's settings. You may also revoke access via your Google Account permissions page.
Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
SMARTWHO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Google data to provide and improve the file management features visible in the app.
- We do not use Google data for advertising, retargeting, or building user profiles.
- We do not transfer Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide the app's features, with user consent, or as required by law.
- We do not use Google data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- No human reads your Google data unless you provide explicit consent, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.
3. OneDrive Integration
How SMARTWHO Apps Use OneDrive
Certain SMARTWHO apps (such as Smart File Manager) offer an optional Microsoft OneDrive integration feature. This section describes how we access, use, store, and share your OneDrive data.
- Scope of Access: We use the
Files.ReadWriteandUser.Readpermissions to access files and folders on your OneDrive and read basic profile information. - Purpose of Access: OneDrive access is used solely to:
- Upload files from your device to OneDrive
- Download files from OneDrive to your device
- Create, rename, move, and delete files and folders
- Display your account name and storage usage
- Authentication: Uses Microsoft's official OAuth 2.0 sign-in. Your Microsoft password is never shared with or stored by our apps.
- Data Storage: File metadata (names, sizes, modification dates) may be cached locally on your device for performance. No OneDrive data is transmitted to or stored on any external server.
- Data Sharing: Your OneDrive data is never shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties.
- Data Retention: Locally cached OneDrive data is automatically cleared when you sign out of your Microsoft account or uninstall the app.
- User Control: You can disconnect your Microsoft account at any time through the app. You may also revoke access via your Microsoft account privacy settings.
4. No Automatic Tracking
- Our apps do not use cookies, web beacons, advertising identifiers, or any technologies designed to automatically collect personal data.
- No cross-app or cross-site tracking is performed.
5. Third-Party Services
- SMARTWHO does not share your data with external vendors, advertising networks, or data brokers.
- Our apps use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect anonymized usage statistics and crash reports. This data includes:
- App usage events (anonymized)
- Device information (model, OS version)
- Crash and error logs
- This anonymized data is used solely for improving app quality and diagnosing issues. It cannot be used to identify individual users.
- Advertising is served through Google AdMob. Ad-related data is managed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
- Users can manage ad personalization via their Android device's Google account or device settings (e.g., reset advertising ID, limit personalized ads).

7. Your Rights
- Since SMARTWHO apps do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete.
- You can revoke Google Drive access at any time by signing out within the app or through your Google Account settings.
- You can revoke OneDrive access at any time by signing out within the app or through your Microsoft account privacy settings.
- You can clear all locally cached data by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
- You have the right to refuse any permission requests; core features will continue to work with basic permissions.
8. Data Security
- All communication with Google and Microsoft APIs uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Authentication tokens are stored in encrypted storage on your device.
- No user data is transmitted to SMARTWHO Inc. servers.
9. Children's Privacy
- SMARTWHO apps are not directed at children under the age of 13.
- We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

11. Policy Changes
